Today, we would like to share our personal experience with SocialWick.com, a service that, in our opinion, customers should approach with great caution.
On May 6, 2026, we purchased a service for a newly created YouTube channel through SocialWick. The order included 1,800 YouTube subscribers for a total price of $xxx USD.
After making the payment, we expected the service to be delivered as advertised. Instead, the order was simply marked as „Completed.“
In reality, not a single subscriber was delivered.
We first contacted customer support and were told to wait. According to their response, delivery could take up to one month.
So we waited an entire month.
After that period passed, we contacted support again. We received another response stating that the issue was being investigated and that we should wait one or two more days.
Nothing happened.
We then requested a resolution and offered two simple options:
Deliver the ordered service, or
Return the amount as account credit.
From that point on, communication practically stopped.
When we later sent links to public reviews from other customers describing similar problems, support stopped responding completely.

For this reason, we believe it is important to warn other customers to be extremely careful when purchasing services from SocialWick.com.
A quick search online reveals many similar experiences, and unfortunately our case appears to follow the same pattern.
After this experience, we decided to move to a service that actually works.

The difference was significant.
After payment, delivery started within approximately 12 hours. Communication was fast, professional, and free from excuses or weeks of waiting.
